Description
I have a gene set for mm9:
chr15:36710067-36710087
chr6:34124968-34124989
chr9:109705906-109705932
chrX:166417252-166417271
chr10:107773712-107773730
chr10:114718645-114718662
chr10:93395900-93395915
chr11:108110004-108110022
chr11:33380773-33380789
chr11:35752995-35753007
chr1:148749093-148749105
chr11:85508881-85508891
chr1:192377950-192377963
chr12:110311686-110311699
chr12:53579810-53579827
chr12:58605460-58605471
chr13:101358918-101358932
chr13:106230907-106230915
chr13:37749332-37749342
chr13:52268544-52268565
And I tried to look at it on my data hub:
http://epigenomegateway.wustl.edu/browser/?genome=mm9&datahub_jsonfile=http://remc.wustl.edu/jgu/mouse/8w/tracks/8w_mouse_hub.json
It says" Showing 33% of entire set" and I want to show 100%, so I tried the -1/3, -1, -5 button but none of them could zoom out further..
Here is the session of my view: http://epigenomegateway.wustl.edu/browser/?genome=mm9&session=ZaEkeo3i9M&statusId=244346231

please try add 1-2 kb flanking to each region, using the gene set edit app, then run gene set view again
sorry that the gene set doesn't work well on very short regions
