Description

  • steps to reproduce
    1. open hg19
    2. add danRer7
    3. in danRer7, submit the default genelist as gene set
    4. in danRer7, choose scatter plot
    5. go back to hg19, choose scatter plot, the plot was already there
    6. if choose any 2 track from hg19, click submit will raise the Json syntax error
    7. see attached figure
  • if re-submit gene set list, then it works fine
