Description
I found a discrepancy on SNP coordinate on one example.
If you search rs10499197 on hg19 browser, the browser returns: chr6:138132515-138132516.
However, on multiple sources, the coordinate is supposed to be chr6:137811379-137811380
For example, from here: http://www.snpedia.com/index.php/Rs10499197
So something might be a bit off within SNP coordinates.
