Why are there so many samples in the Roadmap data hub without associated datasets?

Hi Rebecca,

We used one metadata vocabulary that some samples were actually used by Encode, thus samples from Encode might be have no datasets from Roadmap hub. If you load both Roadmap and Encode hub, you should see at least 1 dataset be associated to 1 sample.
