metadata term show up repeatedly in metadata colormap

Description

In case of using shared metadata, the same term from a shared metadata vocabulary may be added twice to colormap by loading of two datahubs. In such a case the repeatedly adding same terms should be prevented.

Load this first:

http://epigenomegateway.wustl.edu/browser/?genome=hg19&datahub=http://vizhub.wustl.edu/hubSample/hg19/temp/hubwithPublicMd

It adds Sample and Assay terms to mcm.

Then load the Roadmap public hub. The Sample and Assay terms are added to mcm again.
