methylC tracks cannot added back to secondary panels

Description

Load the browser with methylC tracks:

http://epigenomegateway.wustl.edu/browser/?genome=hg18&datahub_jsonfile=http://vizhub.wustl.edu/public/hg18/pmid19829295/hub

From app panel, add a secondary panel.

Delete one of the methylC track.

Go to Tracks, add it back. The new methylC track only shows up in main panel but not in secondary panel.
