- Would be nice to have a gene set view toolbar, including buttons for:
"Undo", as in, I click on a gene name to zoom in, now I want to zoom back out to where I was
"Fit within view", as in, I want all my genes in a gene set view to be visible at once with one click
*Ability to draw box around horizontal list of genes in gene set view is nice, would be easier to recognize if mouse becomes a double headed arrow when near, or if the blue box has visually obvious control handles at the sides
*when editing a gene set, wanted to remove an item, clicked on "x" to remove, it did not (but the row did turn dark after I clicked on it)
*nice to have interactive gene set lists--merge, exclude, etc (like creating an interactive venn diagram)
*in gene set view it is nice that you altered the color of the gene columns (brown, white, brown..) down through the Refseq gene track
